You and Me Buds Forever!

 Friday the 30th of 2021,

A true friendship is a reward for all the good we do in our life. Friendship is doing your best to make your friend happy. Friendship is forever, no matter what. It is the most wonderful relationship that every person can have if he or she is loyal, dependable, kind, caring, and loving.

Voice from the past, I became part of the  e- group called English all Around the World, feature in social media platform called Facebook which allows users to create, post, comment and to be a delegate over English Language as a Second Language issues-topics. The group is cast by diverse nationality. Indeed, it is such a pleasing exposure to acquire skill and to become proficient in expressing your own ones idea in English. As well as that, being part of this club allowed me to share my knowledge about Basic English to my fellow partners, not gaining knowledge but also teach ones languages, cultures and importantly building camaraderie’s. In this club we are unrestricted to write regarding ones history concerning English. Along with this, I am an English scholar, I wrote this in my vita and beyond belief a lot of fellow keep in messaging me with-respect- to it.

In September of 2020 this is where it all began, I met this buddy in this social networking site. A brief background, he is Mike from Uganda is among others who willingly partnered with me for English erudition. He chatted and I responded to it immediately. “Hi, this is mike. Can you please add me bro?” In the same time, I agreed to add him in my personal account. We conversed concerning English issues-topics supplementary we discussed about non - related topics such as, uniformity and significant dissimilarities of my homeland and to his country. It is such an enjoyable experience to chitchat to this fellow. Hence, we became friend.

Hi their mike!  I know you will look through this, I am glad that you became my bosom friend. You became my closes friend online where I can confide everything in. You mean a lot to me, you always uphold me in my hardest times in my life.  You have just educated me why should I enjoy life. Clearly, the message I’ve got from you by cheering me up is somewhat similar to this statement “Thinking positive and feeling good and happy will raise your emotional frequency. The result is that whatever you do, works out and whatever you wish comes into your life. Visualizing what you want, helps. Visualize the moment in which you already have what you want and feel the joy about it.”

Story Behind The Writings

 About the Author

👇
I want to start by introducing you by wishing you a happy day! I am Jomar Calixto Catano the author of this blog entitled "He Blogs Too".

I belong to the Igorot tribe in the Philippines and I am proud of it.

(For more informations about Igorots I will be discussing this on my next blog)

I am residing in the province of Benguet its capital is La-Trinidad. The highest province is known as the Salad Bowl of the Philippines due to its huge production of upland vegetables. Situated within the interior of Benguet is the highly urbanized city of Baguio, which is administered independent from the province.

Shifting the attention, I was born on May 26,2001 and despite of poverty my parents was able to send me to school where I started how to read and write in my primary days.

Pontino Elementary School where I attended my Primary School

I   also graduated  my secondary studies at Tublay School of Home Industries in my hometown where I studied Humanities and Social Sciences.

Moreover, even though this pandemic affected all the graduation rites in the country I am still happy as I made it throughout the sleepless night and now it’s a next journey to begin again.

In addition to this, I also teach children as one of the ukulele teachers on non-school days. I am also an active youth who volunteered in my Barangay.

I dreamed of becoming a successful Pilot and to be in an Aviation Industry and I thought it was easy but not because of financial problems I decided not to continue my studies about it. Yes, you heard it right I give up my dream of becoming a pilot but I believed that Education is a gradual process it never stops and hopefully when everything is okay I will catch for that dream. The reason why I really want to study aviation is that you get to travel while doing the job and from the word itself I really loved travelling.

Until one day, I found my interest in writing so I became interested in it and decided to make a blog a hobby since I was thought and trained to do blogging at my school.

In writing I saw that I could be more and this is the beginning where this blog titled “He Blogs Too” if others may why I did not do either.
In writing I also got the inspiration to study English so I am currently studying at Kings College of the Philippines taking up Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in English.

Therefore, I just want to end it up with this quotation "Gold and Silver will vanished away but Education will never decay".

Impacts of ICT to me as a individual focusing on the Information Control Issues

Possibly the greatest effect of ICT on me is the huge increase in access to information and services that has accompanied the growth of the Internet. Some of the positive aspects of this increased access are better, and often cheaper, communications such as VoIP phone and instant messaging. However, some information is not that reliable in some manners that affects me as a student in doing my research in a certain topic that will surely have a great negative impacts in my academic growth.

Privacy gives us the power to choose our thoughts and feelings and who we share them with. As for me Privacy protects my information I do not want shared publicly (such as health or personal finances). Privacy helps protect my physical safety (if my real time location data is private). However, due to some issues security and privacy is at risk as it can affect national security or public safety nor data and records that I have can be access by anyone if not been protected.

Impacts of this pandemic to this days to us !

This pandemic really affects my education, almost all students like me are not in school but some schools offer distance learning, but this is not for everyone. Young people in countries where the internet is slow and expensive cannot afford distance learning. In my opinion, this method of teaching is an absolutely unacceptable way for students and teachers. In fact, I have friends who have chosen to stop studying because of this pandemic and I am really sad for them. When GCQ (General Community Quarantine) started due to the spread of covid-19 in our country this is really the part where I realized the impacts and effects of this pandemic we were just inside our house watching television and listening to the radio for updates about the pandemic. After which, eating then sleeping as our daily routine because there’s no lot stuff to do. Consequently, I believed that because of this pandemic I can say that this changed everything for me. I realized that we should value and give importance to spend time with our family. I have had many experiences over the past few months such as cleaning the house together with my parents. Next, we enjoy eating together and spending much of our time doing exercised each day. Lastly, a great experienced also to spend time talking and discussing some aren’t and important stuffs with them. Moreover, being with them each day make me feel happy. In fact, we don't really do it in our daily lives and I understand that we have something to do that needs to be done so we lose time with each other. Thus, there are many more ways to spend time with our family but for me this the best of all experiences I’ve ever had since I was a little child.

How I See Myself 10 Years from Now!

The way I see myself ten years ahead of now is not something I often think about. To tell you the truth, it scares me a little to know that in one short decade I will thirty years old and that my years of youth are coming to an end. One thing I’m certain of, is that if God gives me the opportunity to get to that age, I will make the most of my years and put all of my effort to become a successful, happy man. Contemplating on the future doesn’t always come easy since no one really knows if it will ever go the way we think it would.

I will also save my money. I will also travel to South Korea with my family. I will let my parents feel and enjoy life through buying them plane tickets and go around the world. I will also help my relatives who ask helps from me. I will work hard so that I can buy anything I want. And experience the things I wanted to do when I was still a child. I will also help and support my nephews in their studies. I wanted also to continue what I've started. What I'm trying to say is I will go and study at an aviation school. Because I also want to become a successful pilot.

I really wanted also to become one because, as what I mention earlier I want to earned huge sums of money. I want also to travel the world with my parents. I want also to make my parents proud. At the age of 28 or 29, this is already the right time to experience going out with someone else. I mean it's girlfriend time. Hahaha! It's time to experience how to be love and how to love by special someone. So, I will do all my best to pursue all my dreams. I will follow and listen to my parents. I will also ask the help and guidance of the Lord.

Tuel, Tublay,Benguet

A Guide for your Travel to my beloved Municipality, Check it out!👇

YOUR COMPLETE GUIDE

Bayokbok Falls is a waterfall located near the village of Tuel in Tublay, Benguet. If you are familiar with the Asin Hotspring in aforementioned village, Bayokbok Falls is just a few minutes away from it. Just cross the hanging bridge to the other side of the river then ask the locals for the direction of the trail that leads to the falls.
Or you can simply follow the river to the north until you reach the falls. However, before you decide to make your way through the river instead of following the trail, make sure that everyone in your group can swim. There are deep pockets and pools in the river that can be dangerous to non-swimmers.
The rocks can also be very slippery (especially the moss-covered ones). If it's raining or it's about to rain, never follow the river because the current can suddenly swell to very strong levels.

I LOVE TUBLAY
Tuel, Tublay ,Benguet
Last week we visited Barangay Ambongdolan in Tublay with my friends. The only reason is that to see and to witnessed the hidden beauty of the site.  Along the way we was mesmerized by the attractive view of the mountains, rivers and well preserved eco-system.
After a while we succesfully reach the place. The smile of the locals welcomed us.Frankly speaking, we started to treak and to start to take videos and photos to document the place. We passed through a trail and a rocky routes but it's really worth the effort. After a 10 minutes trekking we reached Bayokbok falls one of the most tourist attraction site in Tublay. We can't concretely described the place but the only thing is that the place is incomparable to other falls I've ever been before.
